Candy Cart Hire - Terms & Conditions

Terms of Hire
A £50 non refundable deposit is payable on booking.

Outstanding balance due 2 weeks prior to your event.

The customer agrees to allow photographs taken by the staff of Floral and Hardy's candy Cart to be used for promotional purposes.

A £100 breakage deposit is required, payable on balance, which is refunded within 1 week of the event subject to there being no damage or loss to property.

Cancellation charges will apply:-

Within two weeks of the event – 100% of total cost.
In the event of cancellation, any breakage deposit paid will be fully refunded.
In the very unlikely event that the booking is cancelled by "Floral and Hardy"any payment received will be fully refunded.

Payments can be made by Cash, Debit or Credit card.

Nut Allergies & Safety Warnings
Please note that some of the sweets may contain or have traces of nuts or nut oils; or may have been made alongside other products containing nuts. floral and hardy cannot be held responsible for any issues resulting from food allergies.

Customers should also ensure that children are suitably supervised to avoid sweeties being chosen which would pose a choking risk. This is even more important for children aged under 5yrs. Similar care should also be taken to ensure children’s safety relating to plastic packaging to avoid any risk of suffocation. floral and hardy  can NOT be held responsible for safety issues which occur from the use of equipment, consumables or the consumption of confectionery left at the celebration location.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that, under no circumstances, is the cart to be moved during the celebration by anybody other than floral and hardy staff.
